9:30-10:00 - Praying for each other in Small Groups (Josiah)
10:00-10:15 - Break
10:15-12:00 - Reflecting on how and where we’ve seen God in the past and present of the Village (Josiah)
- Introduction (15 mins)
- Personal reflection time with guiding questions (30 mins)
- Communal discussion and celebration time, sharing stories, painting pictures (45-60 mins)
12:00-12:30 - Lunch
12:30-1:45 Dreaming and discerning what God wants to do at the Village in the coming year (Josiah)
- Introduction (15 mins)
- Personal reflection time with guiding questions (30 mins)
- Communal discernment - noticing themes, resonance, potential next steps (30 mins)
1:45-2:00 - Break
2:00-3:00 - Now what (Mark D and Visionary Board)
- Hearing from the Visionary Board about current challenges and opportunities
- Reflecting and praying through these together in light of sense of the Lord’s guidance
- Personal next steps
