God is on a mission to make all things new. And He is forming a new people, the Church, within His world to join Him in this great renovation project.

This is how he is doing it...
3 beliefs = what we value as a church.
BELIEF ONE:
God welcomed us.
Value: Intentional welcome
Jesus loved us by welcoming us. Out of his welcome, we love loving the newcomer. We ask ourselves, "Am I creating space in my life to offer my neighbour the welcome I have received from God?"
KEY BIBLE VERSE:
“Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by doing so some
people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” (Hebrews 13:2)
Belief TWO:
God serves us in love.
Value: Joyful service to the world
We find peace and deep happiness in our commitment to serve. Because this is how God made us to live. We ask ourselves, "Am I serving others or do I expect to be served?"
KEY BIBLE VERSES:
“Look not only to our own interests, but also to the interests of others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus:”
(Philipians 2:4-5)
Belief THREE:
Jesus offers true life.
We want to live the “life to the full” that Jesus promised us (John 10:10). We take hold of the life He offers by taking His call on our lives seriously. We ask ourselves, "Am I pursuing the next best thing God has for me so that his way of life is seen in my way of life?".
KEY BIBLE VERSE:
“As the Father sent me, so I am sending you” (John 20:21)

Church ministries & programs
Building relationships through our groups & ministries
At the Village Church, building meaningful relationships is the heart of who we are. Ministries like Meals and Stories and Village Brock offer welcoming spaces where newcomers and members can connect and grow in faith.
The Village Social
The Village Social is held on the first Sunday of each month where we enjoy being together, eat a meal and discuss a story of Jesus' life from the Bible.
Meals and Stories
Meals and Stories is a ministry where we teach you how to share the love of Christ with those in your life. There are 8 different meals and stories gatherings in Niagara for you to learn from.
Village Brock
Village Brock is a Bible study group that meets every Wednesday at Brock University.
We also gather for social activities like bonfires, hikes and boardgame nights.
Sunday School
Join us for Sunday School. A welcome space where children learn about God through fun lessons and activities.
